Standing policy — CHLORINE-FREE OPERATION: no sodium hypochlorite, bleach or chlorinated product is carried or used by this business (pressure washing is performed by mechanical friction with water). This is deliberate: the register below contains ammonia-family products, and ammonia + chlorine mixing produces toxic chloramine gas. The chlorine-free policy removes that risk class entirely — including on customer sites: customer-supplied bleach products are never used, and ammonia mixes are kept clear of any bleach residue on sills/surfaces.

SDS obtained BEFORE first use of any product; printed copy in the ute folder; digital copy linked here. SDS refreshed if older than 5 years.
Products stay in original labelled containers; working spray bottles are labelled with contents and dilution.
Quantities carried are day-use scale; bulk stays at base, cool and dark.

Spill & first aid quick card

Skin/eye contact (any product): flush with clean water ≥15 minutes; eyes — remove contacts, keep flushing, medical advice if irritation persists.
Spill on hard surface: contain with cloths/booms, absorb, bag it — never hose a chemical spill toward a drain.
Vapour discomfort (ammonia in enclosed rooms): fresh air immediately; ventilate before resuming.
