Respect for property: gates left as found, pets kept secure as arranged, garden beds protected from ladders and hoses, screens and fittings handled as the owner's property.
No smoking or alcohol on any client site; professional language and presentation at all times; client keys/access codes are never retained without written arrangement and are stored securely.
Working with vulnerable persons (aged-care, disability, children on site)
Screening held current: national police check and NDIS/aged-care worker screening; Working With Children Check obtained before any engagement at schools/childcare or where required. Certificates available to providers via the secure documents area.
Conduct standards: client dignity, privacy and autonomy respected; no unsupervised entry to occupied private rooms; work areas communicated clearly to occupants with mobility or sensory limitations (trailing hoses, wet floors); identification shown without being asked when working for care providers.
Financial protection: no cash handling beyond invoiced amounts with funded clients; no soliciting of tips, gifts or private arrangements outside the coordinating provider's engagement.
Reporting: any incident, hazard or concern involving a funded or vulnerable client is reported to the coordinating provider the same day, and recorded under MSC-PRO-02.
Child-safe commitment: children are never engaged as helpers, photographed, or left with site hazards accessible (chemicals, tools, running equipment are secured whenever unattended).
