Contact and job details (name, address, phone, email, access notes, quotes, invoices, job photos) — to quote, perform and warrant the work, and to send service reminders you've agreed to.
Payment records — processed by our payment provider (e.g. Square); we do not store card numbers.
Before/after photos — used in marketing only with your tick-box consent, always cropped of house numbers, plates and people.
How it's handled
Stored in commercial-grade cloud services (job management, accounting and email platforms) with access limited to the operator.
Never sold or shared, except: with a coordinating care provider for funded clients (their records requirements), with our accountant/bookkeeper for tax, or where the law requires it.
Marketing messages carry an opt-out ("Reply STOP"); opting out is actioned immediately and permanently.
Retention follows tax and insurance requirements (typically 5–7 years), after which records are deleted.
Access keys/codes held under written arrangement are stored separately from address records.
