Inductions
We attend client and principal-contractor site inductions, verification-of-competency checks and contractor-portal registrations (LinkSafe/Rapid/CM3-type systems) as required.
Induction time and portal fees at a reasonable cost: the first 30 minutes of site induction is included free per site per year. Time beyond that is billed at $45 per additional half-hour, and third-party contractor-portal registration/subscription fees are passed through at cost + 10% administration. This is disclosed at quote time — it protects both parties' time and is standard contractor practice.
Induction records (who inducted, when, currency period) are kept in the job file and re-verified before returning to expired-induction sites.

On arrival
Sign in (site register/portal); identify to site contact; verify agreed scope unchanged; pre-start check per WHS Policy (powerline survey, public protection, water/drain plan)
During work
Work zone managed (cones/signage where hoses cross public paths); site rules observed where stricter than ours; variations agreed in writing before extra work
On completion
Walk-through offered; after-photos to job file; sign out; site left secure (gates, locks, alarms as found)
Keys & codes
Held only under written arrangement, stored separately from address records, returned or destroyed on engagement end
