Chlorine-free, always

No sodium hypochlorite, no chemical softwash. It's a permanent policy, not a marketing line. The clean comes from a rotary surface cleaner doing the mechanical work, with nothing in the water but water.

River-safe, lawn-safe runoff

Nothing toxic goes down, so the runoff won't burn your lawn or garden edges. We manage it to keep it out of the stormwater drains that feed the Murray.

Water-restriction compliant

Lower Murray Water's Permanent Water Saving Rules allow hard-surface cleaning for stain and hazard removal with efficient equipment. Our gear runs at 9 litres a minute or less. Every job is scoped as stain or hazard removal, not recreational hosing.

Honest about limits

Friction and water handle dirt, grime, moss, mould film and light staining. Deep oil soaked into old concrete needs chemistry we refuse to use. We tell you that upfront and decline the job rather than take your money for half a result.

Our machine draws 9 litres a minute or less - a garden hose can do more. Every job is scoped as stain or hazard removal, and slippery green paths in winter are a genuine hazard.

Can you get the oil stains off where the car parks?

We'll tell you honestly at quote time what will shift and what won't. If the whole job depends on chemicals, we decline it rather than disappoint you.

Will it wreck my lawn or garden next to the path?

No - that's the point of chlorine-free. It's just water and friction, so overspray onto lawn and garden beds is harmless. We also manage where the runoff goes so it doesn't end up in the street drain.

Do you wash houses or render? What about the roof?

No. House washing and roof cleaning are usually chlorine softwash jobs, and we don't do chlorine, full stop. We stick to what friction and water do best: driveways, paths, patios and bins. For dusty exterior windows and frames, our pure-water clean is the right tool - from $8 a pane.

Do you do big commercial car parks or workshop floors?

Not at this stage. We keep pressure work to light residential jobs where friction and water get a proper result. Workshop slabs and commercial car parks generally need chemical treatment and wastewater capture at a scale we've deliberately stayed out of.
